As the core component of the walking system of construction machinery, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and temperature resistance of the track plate directly affect the service life and working efficiency of the equipment under complex working conditions. From the material technology point of view, the track plate is mainly divided into two categories of steel and rubber. The steel track plate is mostly made of 25MnB alloy steel 1, which is optimized by casting process such as cold iron layout and sequential solidification, so that its hardness reaches HB364-444, and its impact resistance is increased by more than 40%, especially for heavy-duty scenarios such as large excavators and bulldozers. The rubber track plate is made of polymer polyethylene or synthetic rubber as the main material, the surface is embedded with steel core or fiber cloth to strengthen the support, the wear rate is only 1/738 of the steel, and through the vulcanization process and oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance formula, it can operate stably in the environment of -25℃ to 80℃, avoiding the metal material easy rust, low temperature embrittle and other problems.38 In extreme environments (such as deserts and saline-alkali lands), some products also use galvanized or polyurethane coating technology to further enhance corrosion resistance.
